The deal
PrintRight is a free app for arranging photos on a page and printing them, made by BCLogic. By using the app you agree to these terms. They are short, and reading them counts as a small personal achievement.
License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PrintRight on your own Apple devices, in line with Apple's App Store rules. The app itself, its code and its design remain ours.
Your photos are yours
You keep every right to the photos you place on a page. We claim no ownership, no license and no rights over your content, and we could not act on any even if we wanted to, because your photos never reach us.
You are responsible for having the right to print the photos you print. Other people's pictures, other people's rules.
Reasonable use
Use the app for lawful things. Do not try to break it, reverse engineer it for redistribution, or pass it off as your own work. Printing a nice page for your grandmother is, for the avoidance of doubt, explicitly allowed.
No warranty
PrintRight is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be perfect in every situation, on every device, with every printer ever made.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country, including the mandatory consumer protections of the European Union.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, BCLogic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, which, as you may recall, is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version lives on this page with its date, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
