The short version
PrintRight collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no ads, no tracking, no crash reporters phoning home. Your photos never leave your device, because they never need to.
What the app does with your photos
When you add a photo to a page, PrintRight copies it into the app's private storage on your device. The copy stays there so your page still works if you later remove the original from your photo library.
When no saved page needs a copied photo, PrintRight removes that unused copy during a later safe cleanup, such as the next app launch. Deleting the app removes its private storage. At no point is any photo uploaded, synced, shared or sent anywhere. There is no server to send it to.
What we do not collect
No names, no email addresses, no device identifiers, no usage statistics, no crash logs, no location data. We could list more things we do not collect, but the pattern is probably clear by now.
Printing and exporting
When you print, the page goes directly from your device to your printer over your local network using AirPrint. When you export a PDF or JPEG, the file is created on your device and goes only where you choose to send it.
This website
This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical connection data (such as your IP address) to deliver the pages; see Cloudflare's own privacy policy for how they handle that.
Third parties
The app itself talks to no third parties. Downloading or updating the app is handled by the Apple App Store under Apple's terms and privacy policy.
Children
PrintRight collects no data from anyone, of any age, so there is nothing to worry about here.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Given what it says, dramatic plot twists are unlikely.
